Trade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Technology team, focusing on the B2B sale of solar panels, inverters, and batteries.

The Marketing Specialist will design the marketing strategy, manage conference and exhibition participation in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and abroad, and support brand and sales activities.

• Marketing strategy development: collaborate with the Technology team to design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and budgetary requirements
  
  
• Campaign management: plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns for Technology products and services to drive engagement and sales
  
  
• Event coordination: organise and manage Photon Energy's participation at industry trade shows, conferences, and related events, ensuring effective representation and engagement
  
  
• Vendor and partner collaboration: work closely with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and events
  
  
• Website management: maintain and continually develop the Technology eShop and webpages to enhance user experience and ensure up-to-date content 2/3
  
  
• Collaborative creative of POS materials: Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to develop point-of-sale (POS) materials, including case studies and reference documents, to support sales efforts

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
  
  
• Experience in the field of photovoltaic components is a big advantage
  
  
• English on professional level (daily internal and external communication), Czech language at a communicative level is an advantage
  
  
• Active driver, driving licence B
  
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, team spirit but able to work independently as well, detail-oriented, reliable
