Within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter ‘Regulation’) we process in course of our activity personal data of visitors of the Website and we process personal data for marketing purposes as well (hereinafter ‘User’ or “You”). We are part of a group of undertakings or institutions affiliated to a central body (Photon Energy N.V.) that may have a legitimate interest in transmitting personal data within the group of undertakings for internal administrative purposes as presumed by preamble no. 48 of the Regulation.
