Photovoltaic Monitoring Specialist

• Monitoring of photovoltaic parks and off-grid systems
  
  
• Data evaluation and solving reported alerts, reporting
  
  
• Creating technical documentation, adding data to the database
  
  
• Testing new systems
  
  
• Daily communication with customers
  
  
• Managing service technicians during service activities
  
  
• Cooperation with the technical implementation team 

• Strong Analytical skills and logical thinking
  
  
• An eye for detail, accuracy and patience
  
  
• Strong sense of responsibility
  
  
• English and Czech on cummunicative level – daily contact with partners abroad
  
  
• Willingness to work on a shift pattern
  
  
• Experience with ticketing system is an advantage 
  
  
• Experience with SLA is an advantage
