As a result of favourable weather conditions in July, theaverage performance of all power plants in Photon Energy’sportfolio came in approximately 1.1% above expectations, while theoverall performance of the proprietary portfolio exceeded forecastsby 5.9% year-to-date (YTD).
The Company announced the successful placement of an additionalEUR 5.4 million, increasing the total outstanding volume of our EURbond to EUR 43.0 million.
In connection with the Company’s intention to move to the mainmarkets of the Warsaw and Prague Stock Exchanges, a securitiesprospectus has been submitted to the Dutch financial marketregulator (AFM) on 8 July 2020.
As of the reporting date, Photon Energy isdeveloping PV projects in Australia (738 MWp) and Hungary (42.6MWp) and is evaluating further markets for opportunities.
