  • In February our proprietary portfolio of PV power plants produced 7.8 GWh of electricity.
  • On a year-to-date basis, 13.2 GWh of electricity has been produced, compared to 14.4 GWh during the same reporting period last year, a decrease of -6.3%
  • The clean electricity generated by our plants in the first two months of 2023 represents an avoidance of 6,205 of CO2 emissions.

Project Pipeline

We are currently developing PV projects in the following countries: Australia (310 MWp), Hungary (78 MWp), Poland (308 MWp), Romania (235 MWp).

Other Highlights

First Romanian PV Power Plant Commissioned

We have completed and connected our first Romanian PV power plant, which has a capacity of 5.7 MWp and will generate around 8.7 GWh of clean energy annually. The electricity will be sold on a merchant basis without any support or PPA. We expect the plant to generate EUR 1.4 million in revenues in the next 12 months and plan to commission an additional capacity of around 25.8 MWp in Romania in the coming months.

Resignation of the Group’s CFO and Appointment of Successor

Our CFO Clemens Wohlmuth has announced his resignation. Clemens joined Photon Energy Group in 2012 and has been instrumental in the company's project financing and capital markets transactions. Following an extensive selection process, Andrej Horansky has been appointed as the new CFO, effective from 8 March 2023. Clemens will be involved in the handover process until the end of the Group's financial audit for the financial year 2022.
